Terms of service

These terms are a draft for the planned release of EMBERIS. The game is not released yet, and some sections describe features that are not built.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. Younger players may use only the limited offline mode described in the privacy policy.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play EMBERIS on your device. No cheating, reverse engineering, automation or abusing bugs. We may suspend profiles that do.

3. Virtual currency (gems) and items

• Gems and other in-game items have no cash value and cannot be traded or sold.
• Purchased gems do not expire. Legal review: confirm
• We will not change the real-money price or the in-game value of gems you already own in a way that reduces what you hold, without your agreement. Legal review: confirm wording
• Prices are shown in your local currency by the store. The real-money value of gems is shown wherever gem prices appear.
• Gems can also be earned by playing.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google Play. Refunds and family approvals follow their rules, and we cannot refund directly.

4. Random rewards

Some chests and pulls give random rewards. The chances for each reward tier, and the pity rules, will be published on a drop odds page and shown in the game next to the purchase. Random rewards using purchased gems are not available in some regions: list of regions to be set.

5. Ads

Optional rewarded ads may be offered. Watching is always your choice.

6. Account and deletion

You can delete your data in the game or via the support page.

7. Liability, law, disputes

Legal review: liability limits, governing law, consumer rights that cannot be waived, and dispute resolution to be drafted by counsel.

8. Changes and contact
